Maryland Foreclosure Lawyer Revives Case Saves Client Thousands
After starting a Maryland foreclosure case, Big Bank (and its foreclosing law firm) lost interest in adding a suburban condominium to its REO and allowed the foreclosure case to be dismissed. Investor Client bought the mortgage and contacted Maryland lawyer Ronald Drescher to initiate a new foreclosure case. Drescher saw that the case could still be revived, but fast action was required.
