For years Drescher & Associates has offered clients the convenience of telephone consults, online document collection, remote signing of bankruptcy documents and flexible payment plans. Long helpful to our clients who are disabled, work off hours or live remotely,
These services are now available to help clients who are quarantined or must maintain social distance due to the coronavirus.
Although we’ve welcomed clients coming into the office to drop off documents, we need to suspend that practice for the time being. However, if you need to mail us any documents we will reimburse your postage costs.
We are also closely monitoring the bankruptcy court’s announcements regarding scheduling and will pass those along to you.
